Fletcher Oakmont Limited provides the People Readiness Index™ (PRI), organisational diagnostics, HR consultancy and advisory support, workshops and training.
Website descriptions explain our services generally. The scope, deliverables, fees, payment terms, timescales, cancellation arrangements and responsibilities for a particular engagement will be set out in the applicable written agreement.
Submitting an enquiry or assessment does not, by itself, create a paid service contract. Any free or pilot assessment is subject to the arrangements communicated for that programme.
If these website terms conflict with a separate service agreement, the service agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
4. Website Information
Articles, downloads and other general website content are provided for information. They are not tailored advice for your organisation or a substitute for advice based on the relevant facts.
Although we take reasonable care when preparing content, laws, guidance and business circumstances change. We do not guarantee that every page will remain complete, accurate or current at all times.
Advice provided through a client engagement is governed by the relevant service agreement.
5. People Readiness Index™
PRI is a diagnostic tool designed to help organisations understand and strengthen their people, culture and HR foundations.
Scores, findings and recommendations depend on the information supplied and the scope of the assessment. Participants should provide honest, accurate and sufficiently complete responses and be authorised to submit information on behalf of their organisation.
Unless expressly agreed, an assessment does not include an independent audit or verification of every response or supporting document.
PRI ratings describe readiness within our assessment framework. They are not regulatory ratings, accreditation or a guarantee of legal compliance, inspection outcomes or business performance. PRI is not issued or endorsed by a care regulator unless expressly stated.
The organisation remains responsible for its decisions, implementation of recommendations and compliance with its obligations. This does not remove our responsibility to deliver agreed services with reasonable care and skill.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the intellectual property rights in our website and materials, including text, graphics, branding, assessment questions, scoring frameworks, report formats and training resources.
You may view, download or print publicly available website content for your own internal business reference, provided that you retain ownership notices and do not misrepresent its source.
Without our prior written permission, you must not:
Republish, resell or distribute our materials outside your organisation.
Reproduce or adapt our assessments, scoring frameworks or training resources to create a competing product or service.
Present our content or methodology as your own.
Rights to use client reports, commissioned materials and any badges are governed by the relevant service agreement or licence. These terms do not transfer ownership of information or materials supplied by clients.

You must have the authority and any necessary permissions to provide information through our website or assessment forms.
Please avoid submitting identifiable employee, care recipient or other sensitive information through general enquiry forms or PRI responses. Where such information is necessary for an agreed service, we will agree an appropriate method of sharing it.

We aim to keep our website available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may update, change or temporarily withdraw website content or functionality.
