The People Readiness Index™, is processed via Google Forms and Google Sheets. Your responses are stored securely in Google Workspace and used to generate your personalised report.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used only for:

  • Calculation of your People Readiness Score™

  • Providing a full report

  • Your scoring will be tracked anonymously

  • This is solely for the purpose of identifying and publishing trends across the UK

  • While we collect names, company names, and other identifiers to operate the Index, these are not linked to your score in any trend analysis or published results

  • You will receive a full report based on your responses

We do not use your individual responses for marketing purposes.

Your data is processed by Google Forms & Google Sheets — for data collection and reporting (Google Privacy Policy)

Fletcher Oakmont does not share individual response data. Anonymised aggregated data may be retained in accordance with the third-party privacy policies above.
